A Tantric Bodyworker uses tantric principles to guide individuals through bodywork. These sessions aim to promote deeper self-awareness, emotional release and energetic connection rather than focusing solely on physical relaxation and pleasure. Tantric bodywork can be a path to healing, personal growth and a more bodily self-awareness.

Dearmouring Arts Practitioner
Completed the “Dearmouring Arts & Fieldwork Practitioner Training” May-June 2026 and will study/praktice this over the following months. Will do some practice/training sessions in this – very excited to do and learn more – and eventually intregrate into my Tantric Bodywork. Dearmouring is a body-based approach that works with releasing what is often referred to as “armour” in the body. This armour consists of physical tension, habitual patterns, and emotional protection strategies that develop over time in response to life experiences, boundaries, stress, or trauma.
Tantric Bodyworker Training
January - December 2025 attended the Tantra Treatment training at C-H-A-I.dk. Tantra Treatment is performed according to C-H-A-I's ethical rules.
Tantra Training for Polarity and Equality completed
At the Tantra training I studied self-development and wholeness-oriented tantra, which combines the mental with the body, power, energy system and meditation.
